It's Been Two Years Already?
Believe it or not, this issue marks the completion of our second year publishing the Blue Mountain News. For those of you who've stuck with us through thick and thin (literally), we thank you. And you'll be happy to know that, after 24 months, we finally have a "real" (i.e., landline) phone number. It's (509) 382-2133. Give us a call and try it out. Our cell phones still work too, of course.
Also this month, I'd like to welcome our new Dayton High School Junior Intern, Brittney Briggs. Brittney is helping out with our calendar and some other office work. And she'll do some writing as well. On page 13 of this issue you'll find an article Brittney wrote about the upcoming Variety Show, "Passport to Paradise". After reading it, I'll be going.
I hope you enjoy reading about all the news and other things we've covered in this issue. Now it's on to year number three.
